Hewlett Packard is a company well known in the computer industry. They have computers and laptops for every consumer budget. One of the more impressive HP Laptop computer models is the HP Pavilion D4.

The world has become very fast paced and computer centered. Everyone is on the go all the time and this has resulted in a need for computers that can keep up. Enter the famous laptop. When you have long commutes or spend a lot of time away from home a good laptop can allow you to stay in touch, work from the road or simply pass the time.

This HP Laptop computer lets you do all that and more. It is loaded with the latest Windows operating system and a 320 GB hard drive to boot. This is a massive size hard drive for the price. Similar laptops run over a thousand dollars for so much hard drive space.

The HP Laptop computer also gets big thumbs up for connectivity. With this laptop, you get more connections than many similar models.

Laptops are known to have short battery lives; this HP laptop computer has a three to four hour battery life during normal usage. If you are using it to watch movies you will see a slight decrease in these numbers, however they are still impressive.

This HP laptop computer is light and portable; weighing in at a mere 5 pounds it is light enough to carry anywhere. Bigger models are much heavier and bulky and not nearly as friendly for toting around.

Cons

Some may be put off by the small screen size; at 14.1 inches, it is a bit smaller than comparable models in the same price range. For the same money, you could get a laptop with at least a 17-inch screen. However as touched on above this would add to the overall weight of the unit.

Overall

The HP laptop computer is a fair balance between power and portability. For those with wireless internet at home they will love the convenience of accessing the net from nearly any room of the house.
