Klipsch Igroove
By Anne Ahira
The Klipsch Igroove is a speaker system built for various Apple products. IPod Nano, Iphone 3g, IPod classic and several other models will work with this device.
As technology continues to improve it seems to get smaller and more personal, hence the line of personal music players such as the IPod.
However sometimes you want to share your favorite tunes with a friend or listen to your collection without wearing earphones. This has given rise to the creation of devices like the Klipsch Igroove.

Pros
The main purpose of any mp3 external speaker is to provide excellent sound. This unit has been compared with the Bose models and has fared very well. Sound output of the Klipsch Igroove is great through all ranges, though it has a little trouble with extreme bass. The bass issue is easily adjusted through the ipod.
Probably the best selling point of the Klipsch Igroove is the price. Bose and similar speaker systems may have slightly better overall sound quality but they also have a very hefty price tag. For less than $200 you can pick up one of the Igroove models while the Bose will cost at least twice that much.
When you have video clips or photos, you would like to share with the whole class this speaker dock has just what you need. You can connect your IPod to your television set and watch clips or picture slideshows instantly.
Cons
One of the only complaints about the Klipsch Igroove speaker system is the lack of charging and video output compatibility with several IPod models.
Klipsch will only charge 30 pin IPod models. This in and of itself is only a minor inconvenience, but one that could be important if you plan to use it often.
Conclusion
If you are going to own an mp3 player such as the IPod at some point you are will want to enjoy the tunes without being tethered to the machine via head phones.
The right Klipsch Igroove speaker system allows you to listen to your favorite songs free of wires and headsets and at a fraction of the price of Bose or other similar systems.
