Pros

When it comes to laptop electronics there are two questions; how much does it weigh and will it do what you need it too?

The HP Touch Series is a notebook computer that weighs in at 4.5 pounds with a 12.1-inch touch screen. Combining portability with function was the goal here and it HP has achieved that goal in spades.

First let us look at the 12.1 inch screen, you can rotate it 180 degrees or spin it around and lay it flat to create a drawing or writing surface. You can then draw with the stylus or your finger and if you make a mistake simply turn the “pen” over and erase it! In addition, you can use windows journal to write papers as if you were using notebook paper and then convert it to text!

Cons

The biggest complaint about this series of laptop electronics from HP is the heat. Running at full speed the processor creates a significant amount of heat. Going into the custom settings you can turn the processor down and the unit will run cooler, albeit quite a bit slower. Might be good laptop electronics for winter?

Battery life is fair only if you run the machine in medium to low performance mode. This tends to be a common problem with laptop electronics however.

Overall

This is a very versatile portable laptop notebook. It combines function and portability very nicely and at a reasonable price. Customers have been very happy with the performance and particularly the pricing of HP laptop electronics like this one.
