Make your iTunes library one of the folders to monitor for music in settings for Zune 3.0 and DRM-less MP4 tracks are automatically added to your Zune Collection, and are fully playable. I am happy with Zune, having had an iPod since Apple's generation 3 player. I only wish Zune would include movies and videos to purchase and download.
