No this is not a new kind of blood transfusion for some rare disease, but rather it deals with the wonderful Samsung plasma TVs that are currently found on the TV market. The Samsung Group who makes the Samsung plasma TV is actually the world’s largest conglomerate and it was founded in 1938.
It has a number of international businesses, all united under the one Samsung brand, which includes Samsung Electronics, which is currently the world’s largest electronics company. The meaning of the Korean word Samsung by the way is “tristar” or “three stars.”
The new for 2009, Samsung PNB550 Series has said that this line of plasma TVs will use less power consumption than other plasmas. These include the Samsung PN50B550 model, Samsung model PN58B550, and Samsung model PN63B550.
The Series 4 Samsung plasma TVs are considered the entry-level plasmas from Samsung. The series 4 plasmas such as the model PN50A450 feature a wonderful 720p/1080i intense resolution, beautiful black piano-like bezels as well as 3 different HDMI inputs. Meanwhile, the model # PN42A450 as well as its 50-inch corresponding item also feature advanced technology from the 3D-enabled Samsung DLP models.
The Series 5 Samsung plasma TVs are the next exciting level up from the 450s and are the first of the 2008/2009 lineup that will have full high definition 1080p very high resolutions. The Samsung PN50A550 and its 58-inch cousin both feature piano like black bezels. They even have amazing 15,000:1 contrast ratios, along with anti-glare screens and even 18-bit processing. The PN58A550 and the 50-inch model also share the 3 HDMI 1.3 inputs and 3D technology from the Series 4 plasmas. These are the Samsung PN50A550, and the Samsung PN58A550 models.
The Series 6 Samsung plasma TVs will have all of the features from the 4 and 5 series but they’ve added even more. The Samsung model PN50A650, model PN58A650 and model PN63A650 all have the high-quality Samsung’s brand new Touch of Color bezel, which seems to have a delicate red highlight, which truly creates an elegant look to the TV.
It even includes a matched swivel base as well as the included 18-bit color processing which will guarantee an excellent picture. The 6 series plasmas also include Samsung’s highly advanced Infolink technology, which will even include a USB 2.0 port for computer connections, as well as a useful Ethernet port and many will be excited to hear that there’s also an optional wifi card. These are the Samsung model # PN50A650, and the model Samsung PN58A650, as well as the Samsung model # PN63A650 models.
The Series 7 Samsung plasma TVs will be the highest end plasma tvs in the Samsung 2009 lineup. Each of these feature the brand new Touch of Color bezel and all of the other features that the Series 6 models have, but the Samsung model PN50A760, model PN58A760 and model PN63760 will definitely fulfill the needs of a particular discriminating viewer.
You see, Samsung has added DLNA network compliance and many other networking as well as media playback features to those features found in the 6 series. Indeed these are now plasma that are built in order to work best in today’s wired home.
Finally, brand new and bursting with incredible features making this TV at around 1″ deep the PNB850 series will absolutely be the high end from Samsung plasma TVs for 2009. If you can imagine, these 1080p resolution plasmas feature 24p film playback, with a built in Ethernet as well as a truly working anti-glare screen. These are models Samsung PN50B850, as well as the Samsung PN58B850.
