For starters i can not delete songs from the device. The music I want to delete does not show. There is no technical support for this device its just sold then customers deal with the problems such as 1) the device gets stuck on some songs and cant play, so you have to take out the battery in order to start all over, so there is no continous play when you get stuck. there is no way of removing the song that the player gets stuck on because going to the usual computers such as xp and vista the music simply does not show for you to delete.
