USB 1gb thumb drives are an excellent solution if you need a way to take your data with you while you are on the go, easily work on any computer, portable, and very convenient.

A USB 1gb drive is an excellent solution when you have data that you need to take with you quickly.  If you are used to burning information to a CD it can be frustrating and even wasteful.  You might just need to transfer data so you can do a presentation for an hour in class one night.

You may never need the file again.  CDs can cost up to $0.50 each.  If you continuously burn CDs for a one time use then you are wasting your money.  A thumb drive is the best solution because you can delete the files from the drive when you are finished using them.  Plus, they can be used over and over again.

Thumb drives work on every computer that has a USB port attached to it.  You are not required to install any drivers to make the computer recognize the USB 1gb drives.  All you need to do is plug it in and the computer will immediately recognize the device as an additional hard drive.

The computer will even give it an available drive letter.  It is common for people to have serious problems when they burn data to disks.  This might be because the computer you need the data from doesn’t have a burner on it.

You may even spend a long period of time looking for the software on the computer to burn the data to the CD.  Problems can be experienced with the hardware of the CD, the drivers of the device, the software to burn the data, and many other problems also.

A USB 1gb thumb drive can be taken with you anywhere you need to go.  They are small and can easily fit inside of your pocket.  Many people choose to carry them on a keychain so their data is immediately and readily accessible when it is needed.

CDs can be difficult to carry around and they are sometimes confused and mixed up with music and other CDs.  CDs are also easily scratched which can make losing data easily if the CD was the only copy that you have.

A USB 1gb is an excellent solution to data transfer when you need a convenient way to take data with you when you are constantly on the go.  A thumb drive is instantly recognized on a computer and you can transfer files within minutes.

This means that you don’t have to hassle with CDs that can be scratched and the software to make the burning solution work properly.

There are so many different types of mp3 players but the best solution is one with a USB connection.  These types of players allow you to connect to your PC, load and listen to music easily, and you don’t need to worry about batteries also.

When you use a USB mp3 player you can connect it to your computer if your PC has a USB port.  All you need to do with an mp3 player that has a USB capability is plug it into the computer.  The computer’s operating system will do the rest because it will automatically recognize the device and allow you to easily begin using the device.

When you use an mp3 on a computer you can listen to your music through the speakers of the computer if you would like to.  This eliminates the need for a docking station for the player when you can connect it through a USB cable.

Another excellent benefit of a USB mp3 player is that it makes loading music really easy.  You don’t have to load music from CDs that you own in your collection.  This could take hours rendering and loading, especially if your CDs only have 10 songs on each.

When you use a player attached to your computer, the computer will automatically recognize the device and allow you to open the folder where the music belongs.  Then all you have to do is drag and drop the music files into the folder.

Once the file transfer has taken place the music is ready to listen to.  Some mp3 players have screens and capabilities for you to play video on them and even load your favorite photos.  This turns your mp3 into a full blown media device.
