Sansa e250 MP3 Player
By Anne Ahira
Thin is in, at least when it comes to mp3 players. People are interested in the smallest player with the most functions. The Sansa e250 mp3 player is SanDisk’s answer to this demand.
They have created a slim mp3 player with many of the functions everyone is looking for.

- FM radio with optional record
- Voice recorder
- Replaceable and Rechargeable lithium ion battery
- 20 hour battery life
- Micro SD slot

- 1.8 inch screen
Pros
A common complaint among mp3 player owners is their propensity for collecting fingerprints and scratches. The alloy metal casing of the Sansa e250 mp3 player make it much more durable and less prone to the above problems. Plus it makes the player look and feel more substantial.
Slim trim and utterly beautiful you will not be ashamed to tote the Sansa e250 mp3 player to the hottest spots in town. It measures 1.7 x 3.5 x 0.5 inches and only weighs about two ounces. Small enough for the pocket and light enough to take jogging.
Flash-based memory makes this a great player for those on the go. Hard disk players require a little more tender loving care and the internal mechanisms can be damaged by excessive motion.
Record that new song you heard on the radio so you can go home and look up the artist information. With the built in FM radio plus recorder you will no longer have to wrack your brain trying to remember song titles and artists names.
If the Sansa e250 mp3 player doesn’t have quite enough memory to suit you, you can always add an SD memory card. A convenient slot on the device allows you to expand your memory cheaply and conveniently.
Drag and drop compatibility is an absolute wonder. No one likes going through a bunch of awkward steps to add music or video to their mp3 player.
Cons
Some of the buttons on the Sansa e250 can be hard to use and the only way to charge the unit at this time is via the USB connection. Mp3 manufacturers still have a lot to learn about what consumers are interested in. A wall charger or at least a portable car charger would have been better.
At this time, the accessories are limited for the Sansa e250. Creators of great accessories seem to think everyone owns an IPod. Hopefully that will be an oversight that is quickly adjusted.
Overall
If you are looking for a stable well-made mp3 player, you have come to the right place. The Sansa e250 mp3 player is not a monster when it comes to size but it is a nice to look at mp3 player with all the functions a casual user could want. Check out the prices and features on these great sites:
