The Vizio LCD TV has become a very strong contender in the domestic market. A lot of this has to do with the price point of the product. There are typically a lot of features in televisions and monitors from this company and at a significantly lower price than one might find in a comparable model from another manufacturer.
Because of the value factor especially in the Vizio LCD TV – this company is rapidly earning the moniker of America’s HDTV Company. They are currently offering models from nineteen inches all the way up to an impressive fifty five inches so there is bound to be one in there somewhere that will fit the size requirements of anyone looking for a television.
The prices of the Vizio LCD TV line is also as varied as the choice of individual models and yet they are all still kept low enough that they should be attractive to almost anyone who is in the market for a television. With suggested retail pricing starting at only $249.99 the price is almost too good to be true.
Even at the lower price point the Vizio LCD TV supports up to 1080i resolution and start out at an amazingly thin 2.5 inches. The introduction model also has regular RGB inputs, component and RF jacks and if that is not enough there are two of the HDMI inputs which are becoming the industry standard for inputting high definition signal.
Even the starter model Vizio LCD TV features well over sixteen million colors and over a 5000 to one contrast ratio so you are sure to love the picture that is on the screen. To make it absolutely easy to put anywhere, the weight of the nineteen-inch model is only ten pounds. In contrast the top of the line fifty-five inch model weighs in at a moderate 86 pounds and has a manufacturers suggested retail price of right at two thousand dollars.
When you compare the Vizio LCD TV with the other national brands you will see that pound for pound, dollar for dollar and feature for feature this brand offers a lot of bang for the proverbial buck. After all when the lights are out and you are watching the movie in your living room or bedroom, you might not even be able to see the brand name.
A lot of times when you purchase one of the big name brands you are literally spending a certain percentage of the price on the name of the manufacturer. If you are just looking for a good television with a good set of features at a price that you can live with, it might be advantageous for you to look into a brand and the assorted models like those that Vizio LCD TVs have to offer.
