That is a whole lot of storage that you can carry around with you. It was not so long ago that internal hard drives were a mere fraction of this size. At 320 GB, you will be hard pressed to fill this WD hard drive up very quickly.

Looking nice is not a requirement to function properly but it does not hurt anything either. This WD hard drive is sleek and sharp looking coming in 11 vibrant colors.

This WD hard drive does not require any extra power source. It draws its power from the 2.0 USB connections to your computer. That being said the nice people at Western Digital included an optional power cord in case your computer is one of the few that limits power through the USB ports.

Compatibility is often an issue with computer components. Too many times things that will work with a PC will not be compatible with MAC. Thankfully that is slowly beginning to change and WD hard drives such as this one are compatible with either platform.
