Pros
Sharing music and files from your Zune brown to your friend’s players is a nice touch. Unlike many other players, you can share the whole song instead of just a sample. Once downloaded your friend have three days to sample the song up to three times and decide if they want to purchase it.
It is easy to share with your Zune brown simply take out your player and you can instantly “see” all the Zune’s in the area, if you are not in the mood to share you can simply fly under the radar invisible.
The large screen on the Zune brown is one of its crowning achievements. Owners of IPod say there is no comparison. Movies and videos look stunning on this screen!
FM radio is a huge plus, why more manufacturers are not getting on board with this idea is still a mystery. Sometimes you just want to listen to the radio, maybe catch the weather or news while sprinting from place to place.
Cons
As with most mp3 players, the Zune brown is subject to battery issues. To this day batteries are just not keeping up with the advanced technology. Video viewing and heavy use of the unit will drain the life out of your battery in a hurry, however this is a common issue among all players not just the Zune brown.
Ear buds should be thrown away immediately and new higher quality ones purchased. Very seldom does any mp3 player come with good ear buds or headphones.
The Zune brown is a bit bulky, which means it may not be the best choice for joggers or those who frequent the gym. In any case, a hard drive based player of any size should not be used during periods of high activity or motion as you can damage the internal drive.

Customers have compared the Zune brown to the popular IPod products and with few exceptions prefer the Zune. Better screen quality and more music options have edged out the competition.
